From Terry's recipe to your glass
Norfolk Raider was founded at White House Farm by the family of Terry Coppin. The recipe comes from Terry, developed nearly 40 years ago, and is the only cider brewed in Norwich. The essence of his traditional approach has been kept while refining it for today's palate.
The name honours the Norfolk Raiders, the WWII airmen who flew from Norwich's airfields. The apples (Discovery, Russet, Laxton, Gala, Bramley and more) are pressed and fermented the traditional way, then matured over months.
