We are really pleased to be launching a new range of infused flavoured cider vinegars. Our vinegars are all made using local apples and are very popular for all types of culinary use.
 
Our cider vinegar is matured in barrels for full flavour - bottled and unpasturised, retaining the mother. It is ideal for cooking, dressings, sauces and marinades. 
 
They can also be taken as a daily health tonic. The new range of flavours can be seen below.
